In this one day class, you'll learn to make Turkish flat bread, a French baguette, chapatis, focaccia, and a cottage loaf, and enjoy lunch at The Cooking Shed (as selection of cold meats & cheese, with homemade pickles, salad, and a complimentary glass of wine). Leave with your breads, and the recipes and knowledge to be able to make & bake perfect bread again and again.
