In this 2.5hr adult class you'll be taken through different cuts of steak, before learning to cook the perfect steak from meat supplied by our award winning butcher, D Parker & Son. You'll be taught knife skills whilst preparing sides such as homemade wedges and creamed butter corn, and you'll be shown how to make the perfect burger (with a taster from the ones your tutor makes in the class). After, you'll be invited to enjoy your steak dish in The Cooking Shed with a complimentary glass of red wine and be sent home with your burgers to enjoy.
In this class you're also very welcome to bring along any additional drinks that you might like on the night. We'll supply you with a glass and place to chill the bottle if needed.
