In this 2hr live online pasta masterclass (via Zoom), you'll learn how to make simple, delicious pasta from scratch plus sauces and fillings to complement them and use again and again. Dust off that pasta machine that's been hiding away, or simply use your hands and a rolling pin if you don't have one - your tutor will guide you through simple steps to making perfect pasta together.  

LEARN to make 3 different types of pasta... 

Gnocchi  - this is a Gnocchi with a difference, using ricotta instead of potato to give a deliciously light texture, and rich velvety taste. We'll also be making a super simple Arabbiatta sauce to accompany it .


Pappardelle - learn to make these delicious ribbons of pasta, coated in sausage, orange and fennel 


Ravioli - stuffed with lemon & ricotta, and quickly panfried in fresh sage and butter. You'll learn the art of making this much loved pasta, and also be given ideas for lots of other fillings to try after your class. 



- Choose to have ingredients delivered to your doorstep (delivery is only available within a.2 mile radius of BR4), to collect from The Cooking Shed, or simply opt for tuition only. 

- Recipes for all 3 dishes emailed to you in advance of the lesson with a recommended equipment list and guidance for a successful Zoom class.
