Join us at The Cooking Shed for a private class, where you'll be welcomed with a glass of chilled white Rioja, and a board of Manchego & membrillo. You'll then move on to prepare and cook a delicious paella under the guidance of tutor Regan Anderton, and be invited to eat and enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass (or two) of red Rioja. You'll leave with a recipe, and the skills and confidence to make paella again and again.
