- Pasta making: Sausage, orange & fennel Pappardelle pasta, and also covering skills to make a portion of ricotta, spinach & lemon tortellini.

Access & Ingredients: 
Upon confirmation of dishes, an ingredients list will be emailed to the client so that they can purchase in advance of the class. 
Zoom access details with password will also be supplied upon payment and confirmation of dishes.
