This is to cover the cost of 5 x private cookery lesson for 1 adult to attend at The Cooking Shed @ £85 per hour.

10am - 2.30pm

- Vegan baking (chocolate & salted caramel tarts, pesto & sundried tomato muffins)
- Gluten free baking (cupcakes OR orange almond cake & chocolate salted caramel pots)
Friday 21 Jan (4.5hrs)
10am - 2.30pm
Class tutor: Regan Anderton
- Knife skills
- Sushi making
- Chinese chicken steam buns (DF)
- Pan-fried sea bass fillet on a bed of garlic & green olive crushed new potato mash (GF/DF)
Saturday 22 Jan (3hrs)
10am - 1pm

- Lebanese lamb patties with homemade flatbreads (DF)
- Moroccan lamb meatballs with pomegranate & GF cous cous (GF/DF..contains egg but can be ommited)
Wednesday 26 Jan (4.5hrs)
10am - 2.30pm

- Chicken & rice noodle salad with spicy peanut dressing (GF/DF)
- Prawn pad Thai (GF)

(When you arrive please come via the side gate to the house rather than knocking on the front door as we'll be at the end of the garden in The Cooking Shed).
Please note: Payment must be made in full 5 working days prior to your first class date. Class dates can be re-scheduled or refunded if 30 working days notice is given in advance of your first class date, however after this time refunds and re-schedules are not available and must be paid in full.
A pre-class email will be sent out to you a few days before your first confirmed class date with full address and class details.
All ingredients and tuition are included in your class cost.
