This is the remaining amount require to secure a private supper for 10 people at the agreed location in Beckenham for a three course menu with canapes and welcome cocktail as follows...
Starter:
- 8 x Pan-seared scallops with apple & celeriac puree & pork scratching scraps
- 2 x pea & leek soup with crispy chorizo
Main:
10 x Slow roast leg of pork (no onions) with rhubarb ketchup, roasted fennel, carrots & potato rosti
Dessert:
10 x Banana & caramel spring rolls with a vanilla mascarpone cream (1 x extra caramel sauce, no cream)
TOTAL:
The total price for the evening is £540 (£100 deposit already paid)
and includes all food, welcome cocktail x 10. Chef, serving staff, canapés & three course meal for 10 people. Serving plates, cutlery, glassware and main dinner plates will be arranged by the host. Drinks (other than welcome cocktail) are not included, and table set-up will also be organised by the host.
